Waka Flocka & Gucci

Brick Squad rapper Waka Flocka Flame was released on $31,950 dollars bail yesterday, Jan. 5, 2011.

Waka Flocka, or Juaquin James Malphurs, surrendered to police on Jan. 3, 2011 to face a number of charges after the cops raided his home while his mother/manager Debra Antney and Gucci Mane were in the crib.

He has 6 criminal charges including possession of marijuana of less than 1 ounce, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, violation of probation for driving on a suspended license, and violating Georgia’s “Criminal Street Gang and Terror Prevention Act.”

Yup, the police hit him with the kitchen sink!!

A young black man can’t get money anymore. How the hell can they charge him with driving on  a suspended license when he was never pulled over or even arrested??

The cops are just hating because they hear his song “No Hands”  in every club and strip club they go to. No matter how much money a black man makes, he will never be given the benefit of the doubt.

I’m glad he decided to enjoy his holidays before surrendering himself because that’s all hes got a the end of the day when the police have it out for him.

MTV – Ja Rule reached a plea deal with prosecutors in a Manhattan courtroom on Monday (December 13) that will see the rapper serve two years in prison. The charges stem from a gun bust in July 2007, when both Ja and Lil Wayne were arrested separately following a concert performance.

The Murder Inc. star pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony in the second degree.

“Minor setback for a major comeback,” Ja tweeted after reaching the deal. Continue Reading…

Ja Rule pleaded guilty to a felony gun possession charge in a Manhattan court today.

Ja Rule & Lil Wayne are victims of a systematic war against rap.

He was arrested on Jul. 22, 2007. The same day Lil Wayne was arrested in New York City on a separate felony gun charge after performing at the Beacon Theatre.

Ja Rule was promised 2 years in prison by the judge for attempted criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony in the second degree.

Ja Rule claims its a “minor setback” but this is major.

The police are targeting rappers no matter what their status is.

Ja Rule & Lil Wayne on the same day, in the same city, and on the same charges!

This is no coincidence, the Hip Hop task force is operating at full strength now and getting the results they want.

Someone needs to stand up for rappers, who are being greatly discriminated against by the police.

Julian Assange surrenders to London authorities to face rape charges.

A judge will now decide whether to extradite him to Sweden to face questioning over allegations he had sexual relations with two women without their consent. He has not been charged with a crime. Continue Reading…

Julian Assange, the founder of the infamous Wikileaks website, has been arrested after surrendering to London police.

He was denied bail because he is an obvious flight risk. England will attempt to extradite him to Sweden to face rape charges.

The political prisoner is accused of raping two women over a year ago. Officially, he has been charged with two counts of sexual molestation, one count of rape, and one count of sexual coercion.

According to the San Fransisco Chronicle,  Assange had consensual sex with 2 ‘activist’ women who were attracted to him because of his rebel, ‘activist’ ways. The second women he slept with says the condom broke during sex and Assange didn’t stop. The first women simply says they had sex without a condom.

I think the girls are mad because he didn’t call them back.

The arrest comes on the heels of a new, damaging Wikileaks cable that was released yesterday. The “Clinton cable” release details places around the world that are important to the National Security of the United States.

Now that’s how you go out with a bang!!

Free Julian Assange!! Free Julian Assange!!!

Good police chase commercial for the latest Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit. The chased car is a Pagani Zonda Cinque and the police car is a Lamborghini Murcielago in case you were wondering.

This game is made from a new developer under EA called Criterion Games. They are the same makers of the Burnout series so this game should be good.

Finally: A Police Officer Punished For Killing An Unarmed Black Man

November 18, 2010 Leave a comment

HipHopWired – After nearly 10 months of protests and tension between police and black leaders, one Portland, Oregon police officer has been dismissed and three others are suspended in the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Aaron Campbell. Continue Reading…

A police officer has finally been punished for the murder of an unarmed black man. Ron Frashour of the Oregon Police was fired for disobeying department policy on the use of deadly force.

Aaron Campbell gunned down by a sniper outside of his home

The police sniper shot and killed Aaron Campbell who was 25 years old and unarmed.

Aaron’s hands were up and a random cop shot beanbags at the young black male. Then the dogs. Then the sniper.

Police brutality.

These cases always have one thing in common, the victim is black. It doesn’t matter what race the police officer is.

The same thing happened with Sean Bell, Oscar Grant, Juan Herrera, Amadou Diallo, Malice Green, and many more. The latest is Danroy “DJ” Henry, the Pace University student killed in New York while for suspicious reasons.

Confused people believe racism is not at hand when it’s a black cop that shoots an unarmed black man. They don’t understand that a black cop has to behave in a way to satisfy his fraternity and brotherhood with fellow white police officers. Peer pressure.

Some would say its even worse for black people when that happens.

Aaron was drunk and distraught over his brother’s death. He did endanger his family by pulling out a gun.

But Ron Frashour wasn’t even get charged with a crime!! He should be thankful he was only suspended.

He murdered and unarmed man with a sniper rifle. Excuse me for saying this, but thats like if he was doing target practice.

The law is different for different people. I guess.

Danroy Henry’s family should  take this as victory for them.
