The Athletic Propulsion Concept 1's come in black or white and go for $300

The NBA has banned the Athletic Propulsion Labs Concept 1 basketball sneakers because the sneakers give players an “unfair competitive advantage” according to the NBA.

The creators of the Athletic Propulsion Labs Concept 1, brothers Ryan & Adam Goldston, have to be happy about this news.
